Septemberfest on the Horizon
I do recall having a discussion, with one particular man of Canadian heritage, who insisted that I was wrong in saying Oktoberfest actually starts in September. Well, this just goes to show that I am always right.
To be fair, Kitchener Ontario (formerly Berlin, Ontario) is home to the world’s largest German diaspora. And Oktoberfest there really happens in October. And I think it only lasts a couple days. Can anyone verify?
