So I had a homebrew fail. Big. Time. What was the problem? Totally flat beer (at least it tastes better this time). What to do with 40 bottles of flat beer? I decided I need to make/cook as many things as possible. This here is some cheddar-leek soup I whipped up - and it turned out great (other than my husband getting totally irrate with the new food processor). So, if you have some beer you want to get rid of…here’s a possibility for you to embrace.
