Good things come in small packages, and Chatham Brewing is an exemplary model of this proverb. From 11-2 on Saturdays, you can stop by and fill your growler with some high quality, top fermented, unfiltered brewski and chat with Matt, the proprietor. My advice is to get there at 10:55…as the first customer gets a free sample of all the beers being sold that day. Going on it’s 4th year, this brewery in upstate NY has quietly participated in what is now predicted to be the new trend in the craft beer world - Nano Breweries.
