Hazelnut crust. Roasted garlic and sage smashed with Ricotta. Onion and fennel caramelized in beer and brown sugar. Topped with goat cheese and bacon marmalade.
Cooking with beer, I’ve discovered, makes beer pairing a whole lot easier. Match your drinking beer with your cooking beer, and you’re done.
