Seattle Beer-cation →

Via @nytimesfood. Strong case for the contract brew from a business perspective… But running a “beer business” without the physical brewery still feels distinctively different to me. The facility, the brewers, the location all add a visceral charm to craft beer - discernible from other ghost faced products.
